If you have both self-purchased parcels and DoesBuy-purchased orders in the warehouse, they may be combined for one international shipment when route and item conditions allow.
Shipping restriction
Confirm item type before sending parcels
Some items are route-dependent or cannot be shipped. Confirm restricted goods with support before sending parcels to the warehouse.
Non-deliverable items
Items related to aviation safety control, prohibited goods, flammable materials and regulated products may not be accepted.
Sensitive items
Battery, liquid, cosmetic, branded or similar items may require special route confirmation and carry customs risk.
Over-length or overweight cargo
Each route has parcel size and weight limits. Oversized parcels need confirmation before shipment.
Ordinary goods
General goods with no special handling requirements usually have more route options.
